Dry Needling involves treating tight and restricted muscle structures with ultrafine sterile single use Acupuncture needles inserted into Trigger-point zones and knots to initiate a release response to relieve spasms and free up Musculoskeletal restrictions.
Dry Needling achieves targeted therapeutic results quickly and predominantly painlessly – however as with most manual therapies there may be some minor discomfort afterward.
As it is an Invasive Technique strict hygiene protocols are in place and single use disposable needles are used.

Usually a 30 minutes session will achieve results and this can be incorporated with a post treatment 30 minutes massage afterwards which will assist in reducing muscle soreness, detoxify tissues, enhance circulation to the area and aid in faster recovery.
